Service availability, pricing, and scheduling are subject to change without notice.

3. Quotes and Pricing

All quotes provided through our website, phone, or in-person are estimates based on the information provided at the time of the quote. Final pricing may vary depending on the actual volume, weight, type of items, accessibility, and labor required. We reserve the right to adjust pricing if the scope of work differs from the original estimate. No work will begin without your approval of the final price.

4. Scheduling and Cancellations

Appointments are scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis. We strive to accommodate your preferred date and time but cannot guarantee specific time slots. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance at (407) 305-4707. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee. Junk Removal Rangers reserves the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to weather, safety concerns, or other unforeseen circumstances.

5. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. We accept cash, credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods as indicated at the time of service. For commercial accounts, net payment terms may be arranged in advance. Returned checks or declined payments may incur additional fees.

6. Customer Responsibilities

You are responsible for ensuring that all items designated for removal are your property or that you have authorization to dispose of them. You must provide safe and reasonable access to the items to be removed. Junk Removal Rangers is not responsible for items removed at your direction. Please ensure that items you wish to keep are clearly separated from items to be removed before our crew arrives.

7. Prohibited Items

We cannot accept hazardous materials, including but not limited to: asbestos, chemicals, paints, solvents, medical waste, radioactive materials, explosives, and other items classified as hazardous by federal, state, or local regulations. If prohibited items are discovered during the job, we reserve the right to refuse removal of those items without adjusting the quoted price for remaining work.

8. Liability and Damages

Junk Removal Rangers takes reasonable care to avoid damage to your property during the removal process. However, we are not liable for pre-existing damage, normal wear and tear, or damage caused by factors beyond our control. Our liability for any property damage caused directly by our crew during service is limited to the cost of repair or replacement, not to exceed the total service fee paid. Claims must be reported within 48 hours of service completion.
